Refund Policy

You may return any unopened product (except skin and hair care items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days from the date of receipt, for a full refund less shipping costs.
Any shipping charges incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded, the customer will pay the return shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we have made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skin care or hair care items for health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Orders not received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Ooh Fragrance is not responsible for any product theft or delivery to the wrong address. We will pursue a claim with UPS or USPS that their employee did not deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If USPS returns the funds to us, we will credit your account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS or USPS will accept our claim.
If ooh Fragrance determines that product was indeed missing from the package, we will credit the account immediately.

Claims for damaged products

Each package and its contents are triple quality checked and packed to ensure that they arrive safe and sound. If you claim that one of the products is damaged, we file a claim to investigate the situation.
Upon receipt of the claim, Ooh Fragrance will, in most circumstances, request that the damaged product be sent back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS or USPS who did not deliver the product in a safe manner. If UPS returns the funds to us, we will credit the product to the shipper's account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS or USPS will accept our claim.
