Eau de Toilette vs. Eau de Parfum: What's the difference? The difference lies in the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration, making it stronger and longer-lasting, while Eau de Toilette is lighter. Pure perfume has the highest concentration, and Eau de Cologne has the lowest.

What is the difference between a splash and a spray? The fragrance is exactly the same; only the application method differs. However, a spray bottle is sealed, which can lead to a longer shelf life. Choosing between them is entirely a matter of personal preference.

What is a tester? Testers are 100% authentic, fresh, and full, just like the original fragrance. They are meant for department store counters, so they often come in plain white boxes and sometimes without a cap. Because of the simplified packaging, you get the same luxury scent at a much higher discount!

Why do some men wear Cologne while others prefer After Shave? It depends on skin needs. After Shave Lotion helps close pores after shaving; After Shave Balm is soothing for sensitive skin; and After Shave Gel cools the skin and relieves razor burn.

What do fragrance notes refer to?

  • Top Notes: Light scents that last 5-10 minutes.

  • Middle Notes: Become apparent after 15 minutes and can last an hour or more.

  • Bottom Notes: The heaviest ingredients that last the longest, usually for several hours.

How can I keep my fragrance from going bad? Store your bottles in a cool, dry area away from windows, as sunlight can unbalance the ingredients. Keeping an opened bottle in its original box also helps ensure a longer shelf life.

My perfume does not spray, is it broken? Before worrying, try this:

  1. Hold one finger firmly against the spray nozzle.

  2. Pump the spray 10-15 times.

  3. Remove your finger and pump another 10-15 times.

  4. Let the bottle settle for 5-10 minutes. This usually clears any air pockets in the tube!
