Return & Refund Policy

At Conti&Co,LLC - Ooh Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policies below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

-Eligibility: You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging (including the packing slip) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.

-Non-Refundable Items: For health and safety reasons, skincare products, hair care products, and any items that have been opened or unsealed are final sale and non-refundable.

-Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

-Process: Please email us at support@oohfragrance.com with your order number to initiate your request. We will provide the return address upon approval.

Orders Not Received & Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Conti&Co,LLC - Ooh Fragrance is not responsible for theft or misdelivery. We are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the respective carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Resolution: Please note that carrier investigations can take between 1 week to 6 months. We will credit your account if the carrier accepts the claim and issues a refund for the package.

Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure your order is securely packed. If you receive a damaged item:

-Notify us immediately at support@oohfragrance.com.

-We may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

-We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the claim is successful, we will credit your account accordingly.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages

Shipping charges are non-refundable for packages that are returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, unless the error was caused by Conti&Co,LLC - Ooh Fragrance.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email support@oohfragrance.com within 4 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and standard return policies will apply.
