At OohFragrance.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Policy

  • Eligible Items for Return:
  • You may return any unopened product (except for skincare and hair care items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, less the shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    For health and safety reasons, skincare products, hair care products, and any items that have been opened or are not sealed are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Please make your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.Please include your order number with the return.The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
  • Undelivered or Unclaimed Packages:
  • Shipping charges are not refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we have made an error with the delivery.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is delivery confirmation, OohFragrance.com is not responsible for any theft, miss delivery, or delivery to the wrong address. In such cases, we will pursue a claim with UPS, FEDEX or USPS to investigate whether the package was delivered to the correct recipient or left in a vulnerable location.

  • If USPS, FEDEX, or UPS issues a refund for the cost of a lost or damaged item, we will credit the refunded amount to you accordingly.
  • Claims may take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months to resolve, and there is no guarantee that the claim will be accepted by UPS, FEDEX or USPS.
  • If we determine that the product was indeed missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.

Claims for Damaged Products

Each package is triple quality-checked and securely packed to ensure that your products arrive safely. However, in the event of a damaged product:

  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS, FEDEX or USPS) to investigate the situation.
  • In most cases, we will request that the damaged product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
  • Once the inspection is completed, we will proceed with filing a claim with UPS, FEDEX or USPS. If the shipping carrier refunds the cost to us, we will credit the product cost to your account.
  • Please note that successful claims may take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months, and there is no guarantee that UPS, FEDEX or USPS will accept the claim.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please email support@oohfragrance.com within 4 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, OohFragrance.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
